| Appointments |

We suggest at least one week in advance for individual services, two weeks for multiple services and Spa Packages, and four weeks for groups and wedding parties. All appointments
must be secured with a credit card.
Clients must be at least 16 years of age to receive any Spa service. If under
the age of 18, services will only be provided with a parent or assigned
guardian present. |

| We are no longer accepting Gift Cards and Certificates from Spa Finder and Spa Wish. |

| Cancellation Policy |
|
The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is
reserved specially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment(s), we require at least 48 hours advance notice; Monday appointments require at least 72 hours advance notice.
Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment(s) with the notice required
by this Cancellation Policy will result in charges to your credit card for
the full price of the service(s) or Spa Package that you scheduled.
If you call to cancel, please make sure to get a cancellation code to insure that you will not be charged for the cancelled services. |

| Check In |

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.
We invite you to enjoy a complementary beverage prior to your service.
If you arrive late, we might not be able to extend your treatment time so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full
value of the service. You might also be asked to prepay for any future
appointments.
For the comfort and safety of other clients, please do not bring children under 12 to the Spa. We also ask that you please turn off your cell phone and pager while at the Spa. |

| Valuables |
|
| Please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal
of jewelry. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to
personal articles including clothing and accessories. |

| Payments |
|
| We accept cash, local checks, travelers checks and most major credit cards.
No out of town check will be accepted. A minimum fee of 25 dollars will be
charged for returned checks. |
|
| Gratuities |
|
| Gratuities are not included in our prices, but are greatly appreciated by
our staff. The standard gratuity is 15% to 20% of the cost of service
provided. |
